04:42 - Dima That's what we did for football training. We got fit abnormally quickly. Though, you likelywon't last as long as you could because you don't have a coach getting ready to let his lungs off at you if you quit.

04:35 - Dima jogging on its own is pretty gheeyyy imo. Based on my expereience, sprint jog interval training is much more beneficial.
04:28 - Redn1ght What I've found is that doing it in short sets gets better result than long ones, like not 1 hour runs but rather shorter runs that equal to the same distance.

Now that Enslaved have announced their new album In Times, the tours will begin and the first one will be with special guests stoners Yob and Ecstatic Vision supporting. The Norwegians will embark on a North American trek in March, around the time of the album release. See the dates below. Maybe you will get lucky.
Enslaved have been preparing the release of a new album. The songwriting process and recordings are done and today we find out all about it. In Times will be the title of the thirteenth studio album by the Norwegian progressive extreme metallers. The hand-painted artwork is by long-time collaborating artist and "sixth Enslaved member" Truls Espedal and you can take a look at it below. Earlier this year, Enslaved began working on their next album after they released RIITIIR back in 2012. The thirteenth studio installment by the Norway's progressive extreme metallers is now underway as the recording process has started. What do you expect from the new album?
Roadburn 2015 is officially taking off. Enslaved guitarist Ivar Bjørnson has been announced as one of the curators of Roadburn Festival 2015 alongside Wardruna's Einar Kvitrafn Selvik. As curators, both Ivar and Einar will personally select the bands for their curated Roadburn event, named Houses of the Holistic, and play special shows with Enslaved and Wardruna respectively as well.
Care for another album from Enslaved? In a recent interview, Ivar Bjørnson of Enslaved commented on the band's plans for the future and mentioned that a few side-projects will be revived/born. He also confirms that the band will work on a new album this year.
Swedish melodic death metallers Amon Amarth will embark on a US headlining tour in January in support of their newly released album Deceiver Of The Gods. Norwegian progressive black metal band Enslaved will be hitting Australian shores this June for the first time in their career. The Australian Winter Rite Tour 2013 will see the band tour throughout the nation in support of their well received 2012 release, RIITIIR with opening act Rise Of Avernus.
Enslaved has announced that the band is preparing the release of a new live DVD, or "concert movie" as they prefer to call it. The DVD will contain 24 songs with material from all of their releases. The Norwegian metallers also released their latest opus RIITIIR this year.
