06:52 - Ceddybu it is both a hint and not a hint, although in the ether it has made it's presence but really what is the ether? is it real? can it be not real? does what's real have to be real once it has existed or possibly not existed?
06:23 - -DC-002- the fact that THIS is, is a hint of it's existence.
05:48 - Ceddybu basically my existence is everything and yet nothing, it is life and death but also neither life nor death, nor is it possible or impossible, it simply is a manifestation of great powers of the universe that may not exist

A new album by the dark metal band revolving around the charismatic frontman Fernando Ribeiro will be released in spring 2012. Fernando Ribeiro also commented: "With Moonspell nothing really ends, but always ever begins. Signing with Napalm is a firm step into cutting all bullshit and work with people who truly believe in us and respect our longevity, while helping us to embrace those who have been arriving in the last years to start with us yet another kingdom of darkness under the moon. Our new album is a statement. Our blood is the ink. Your skin, the scrolls upon we will write. Napalm Records, our messenger. Be ready."
Moonspell vocalist Fernando Ribeiro has posted a lengthy update on the whereabouts of the band on Facebook. Here's the important bit you might be interested in:
"The new album proceeds and we will do a second pre-production with Benny Ricther in late July and Mike will record drums for these songs, most likely in Germany. The rest of the album will be tracked bys us and Tue Madsen during the month of August. Once the music is done, we will be able to give a better insight into this new concept and way of making things. Until then we count the days until we are able to match our big words with one of the most exciting collection of songs we ever worked in as composers."
Ribeiro previously revealed that the new Moonspell album's initials are A.N. and that it will tentatively surface in early 2012 through an as-yet-undetermined record label.

We've checked into every possibility with our booking agent and partners at Nuclear Blast but the financial costs are too deep into the red to make things work. We'd like to apologize to all our fans who were looking forward to seeing Samael live but rest assured that we are looking into coming over again in early 2010. We also want to express our deepest regret to our friends in Moonspell."

Moonspell have issued the following statement regarding the cancelled Minsk show:
"We are extremely disappointed by the fact we had to cancel the shows. The reasons on both Neopolis and Cradle Of Filth site is accurate but Moonspell might add that the bands' buses entered Belarus territory and were meeting for possible solutions for the day. On the event that the truck with ALL of our tour equipment was held due to a bureaucratic detail in the border made all our efforts worthless.
We have planned carefully this trip with the promoter, with the embassies and were caught off guard by an excessive zeal from the border staff.
Goes without saying that all the bands were eagerly anticipating the show as it was a premiere for everyone. We can assure you we are doing our best to reschedule the show and we are pretty sure we will do so up to the end of the year, the sooner, the better, though no specific date can be advanced so far.
