It's a veritable melodic death metal feast! The triple threat of Dark Tranquillity, Amon Amarth and Omnium Gatherum are joining forces for an European tour next year. Dark Tranquillity is the main support of headliners Amon Amarth but they are also playing some headline shows in between to present their new album Atoma. More tour dates will be announced shortly.
Omnium Gatherum have a new drummer. Jarmo Pikka is out after many years and Tuomo Latvala is joining the band as a full-time drummer after one year of solid prospect member service. Tuomo is a drumming instructor at his private drum school in Turku (Southwest Finland), and currently plays also in Torture Killer. He has previously played in such bands as Demigod and Hateform. The Finns collectively thank and salute Jarmo Pikka for 18 years of service and brotherhood.

Omnium Gatherum have finally revealed all about their new album. While previously fans got to hear a new single called "Skyline", the Finns have now revealed the details of Beyond's successor. The melodic death metallers will release Grey Heavens on February 26th, 2016 in Europe (19th of February in Finland) through Lifeforce Records. The record features 10 new songs. Insomnium Gatherum is happening! The two Finnish bands, Insomnium and Omnium Gatherum, are joining forces for a 7" split. The melodic death metallers will soon tour in North America together. This release is "double A-sided" (meaning, each band has their own front cover side) and contains one track from Insomnium, "Out To The Sea" (which previously appeared on the now sold-out Shadows Of The Dying Sun deluxe CD box-set edition), and one track from Omnium Gatherum, "Skyline" (which will appear on the band's new album due out February 2016).
In February of 2015, in association with Zero Tolerance Magazine, Finnish melodic death metallers Omnium Gatherum will embark on the Beyond UK Tour, their second ever headlining tour in the UK. Joining them on the road will be UK progressive death metal titans De Profundis. Finnish melodic death metallers Omnium Gatherum have been forced to cancel the shows they were going to do in Japan due to a heavy breach in contract from the tour organizer and Metal Asia Agency. The band is devastated but promises that they will perform in Japan in the future.
Finnish melodic death metal act Omnium Gatherum present another new music video online, this time for the track "The Sonic Sign". This is the band's third official video from their latest album Beyond, released back in February this year. The video was directed and edited by Olli-Pekka Lappalainen. Director of photography was Tapio Aulu, and the video was shot by Teemu Saarinen. The actor in the video is Tomi Pietilä.

Omnium Gatherum have revealed a new video for their song "Formidable" taken from the band's latest opus Beyond, released earlier this year.
