The latest update from the Toxic Holocaust camp brings good news as the band is hard at work and writing new material for their next album, which they plan to begin recording soon. The band's last album Conjure And Command was released in 2011.
US crossover thrash metallers Municipal Waste and Toxic Holocaust have announced the release of a new 12" split titled Toxic Waste on June 12th through Tankcrimes Records. It will be available as both a picture disc and as a vinyl with a poster of the cover art and a Toxic Waste beer koozie. The cover art (created by Andrei Bouzikov) and tracklist can be found below.
US blackened thrash metallers Toxic Holocaust will team up with Havok, English Dogs and The Casualities to bring mayhem to the land of the free and home of the brave in a 2012 tour they have dubbed Forward Into Battle Tour.
Norwegian hardcore black metallers Kvelertak will embark on tour, entitled Scandinavian Tour 2011, taking off by the start of November. Tour dates can be seen after the jump.
"Bitch", a brand-new track from US blackened thrash metal band Toxic Holocaust, has been made available for streaming over at Decibel Magazine.
Another new track, called "Nowhere To Run", is still available for streaming over at Facebook(you'll have to "like" the band to access the stream).

"Bitch" comes off of the band's upcoming album, entitled Conjure and Command, which will be released on July 19th in North America (one day earlier internationally) through Relapse Records.
Toxic Holocaust has entered Dexters Lab in Milford, CT to begin work on the long-awaited follow-up to An Overdose Of Death... The band is recording with Toxic Holocaust / Kingdom Of Sorrow drummer and engineer Nick Bellmore (Hatebreed, Phantoms, Full Blown Chaos). The new full-length is expected to see a late spring 2011 release date. Additional release information will be posted shortly and studio updates are posted regularly at this location.
Toxic Holocaust frontman Joel Grind recently checked in from the studio with the following; "We are on Day 4 of recording the new record, everything is coming together quickly and smoothly. Drums are finished and we have started on guitar tracks. I'm excited for people to hear this new stuff, its not going to alienate old fans by any means but I think it might attract some new ones. It's definitely a step up from what we've done, and this time around we've increased the evil ten fold. The lyrics on this record are a little darker including lots of occult themes as well as real life shit that is stranger than fiction could ever be."
