18:09 - !J.O.O.E.! It's worth sticking with for the story.
18:06 - Clintagram Well, I was playing Jak II and it was making me rage so I had to start a new game and I had P4 already downloaded and on my backlog. Enjoying it so far. We'll see.
18:02 - Redn1ght Oh shit, since when did we last see J.O.O.E on shoutbox? And the first thing: Be grumpy as usual.
17:52 - !J.O.O.E.! The boring, super-grindy battles and bland Tartarus (or whatever it was in P4) almost ruin it for me, despite the great story. SMT: Nocturne was much more fun. At least you can cheat your way through it if you emulate it on PC.
17:42 - Redn1ght Yeah. :P Plus don't forget to socialize in that game and trying to make the right choices. It's gonna help you out eventually.
17:38 - Clintagram Oh I know. Sometimes, the grind is worth it. Already got obliterated on my first castle/dungeon trying to save Yukiko. Should be fun.
17:27 - Redn1ght Clintagram. It's gonna be one hell of a grindy JRPG. Watch out for that. :P

With Odalheim Unleashed not only present the successor of As Yggdrasil Trembles in the year 2012, but also continue telling their post-doomsday story, of course embedded into the Norse mythology. After the mighty world tree Yggdrasil had trembled and rung in the end of the world, Fimbul winter followed: Three years of darkness and coldness, during which Mother Nature took back what was rightfully hers. This caused the end of life as we know it. Ragnarök. But the warriors who've survived will build a new world out of the old one's ashes. Right here, the story of Odalheim begins.

Johnny Hedlund (bass/vocals) commented: "We are now ready with most of the recording, final vocals were done last week and we are very satisfied so far. We will now spend some real time on mixing this and creating a crushing sound. Anders just asked me if this might be the fastest Unleashed album to date. I'm not sure but it's likely close anyhow."

"Unleashed are currently in guitarist Fredrik Folkare's "Chrome Studio" for the recording of our 10th full length album. The album will be released on Nuclear Blast records early next year. Musically, it will be the logical continuation from Midvinterblot and Hammer Battalion. Lyrically, you will recognize what has become the Unleashed trademark since more than 20 years, the combination of the past, present and future of viking struggle and way of life. A few of the songs also mark the beginning of a story never before told. More details about the album and song titles coming soon."
Nuclear Blast proudly announces the signing of Unleashed! The legendary Swedish Viking Death Metal has several classic albums like "Across The Open Sea" already to their credit and is the perfect example for mixing melody and aggression: their riffs are pure shrapnel, but their choruses are epic, melting uncompromising brutality with anthemic odes to the Odin.
A statement from the band: "Unleashed marks their 20th Anniversary by proudly announcing their signing to Nuclear Blast records. Johnny and the Boys eagerly anticipate their partnership in this new era of Viking Death Metal."
Their Nuclear Blast album debut is set for a 2010 release.
Devian, Sweden's blackened death/thrash commando will be touring Europe in February and March 2009 together with country mates Unleashed and Diabolical and the Austrian Belphegor. The Hammer Battalion North Tour will start in the 27th of February and end up on the 14th of March in Goteborg (Sweden).
Devian will be promoting their new release "God To The Illfated" released through Century Media. Devian's vocalist Legion comments on the coming tour: "Despite the fact that I´ve been on the road since the mid 90'ies, Scandinavia is almost untouched ground for me. It seems appropriately and fucking cool to take Devian out on our first Nordic leg of touring supporting Unleashed, one of the forefathers and iconic acts of the Northern scene. Hell over Scandinavia! Hail!!"
