The band previously digitally released that effort earlier this year. Pelagic will be putting it out on CD and limited edition vinyl formats. Utopioid was officially released on September 1st this year.

As I Lay Dying's vocalist and founding member Tim Lambesis has broken the silence and released a lengthy statement apologizing for his actions. Lambesis made the news a few years ago and spent two years in prison after he pled guilty to a charge of solicitation of another to commit murder. He attempted to hire an undercover cop posing as a hitman at the time to murder his then wife, Meggan Lambesis, back in 2013. Speaking for the first time since his release from prison in December 2016, Tim Lambesis took to the band's Facebook page to express his remorse.
