The ongoing dispute between members of the Swedish metal band Entombed over the rights to the group's brand name continues with a new chapter. Earlier this month, the Swedish Patent And Registration Office rejected Entombed frontman Lars-Göran "LG" Petrov's bid to stop guitarist Alex Hellid's trademark registration to sell beverages under the Entombed moniker. The singer is currently touring and releasing albums under the moniker of Entombed A.D.. Basically, Alex Hellid can sell beverages under the band name.

Included in this edition are recordings of a show they headlined in San Francisco on March 15th, 1985. They headlined the second of two shows at the Kabuki Theater in San Francisco 31 years ago.
