Project Silence - Release New Single 'Infection'

Finnish Industrial metal group Project Silence have started to record their second album early in 2015 and they released the first single from it in June. Now the band has released the second single called "Infection". You can listen to the band's latest creation below and also download the song from Bandcamp. Mötley Crüe - To Release Live Concert Film Of Final Performance

Iconic, veteran rockers Mötley Crüe played their final two shows of their thirty-four-year-long-career on December 30th and 31st at Staples Center in their hometown of Los Angeles. After last night, they now bow out their touring career for good. To celebrate their mark in rock music's history and in honor of their devoted fans, the band has however announced a full length concert film of the final performance, which will also include exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes footage of the last week of the tour, to be released in 2016.

Schammasch - New Album Coming In 2016

The new year is already looking promising for fans of Schammasch. The black/death metal extremists just confirmed the release of a new album next year. They have completed work on their upcoming opus. According to their label Prosthetic Records, "it's a sprawling epic both sonically and aesthetically," including visual collaborations with acclaimed photographer Ester Segarra.

Manowar - Lithuania Gig Cancelled

American men of steel Manowar were supposed to play in Vilnius, Lithuania, on February 10th, 2016 at Compensa Koncertų Salė but the concert has been cancelled due to technical reasons. The show was part of their Gods And Kings World Tour 2016 which will celebrate Kings Of Metal MMXIV as well as the upcoming anniversary of Gods Of War.

The Vision Bleak - New Album Update, Announce Live Bassist

The Vision Bleak have been pretty busy this year working on the follow-up to 2013's album Witching Hour. The band recently shared an update regarding the album progress and also announced a live bassist for their future shows. Their good friend, heart and soul of Les Discrets and director of their "The Wood Hag" video, Fursy Teyssier, has joined their ranks to support future The Vision Bleak concerts on his bass guitar.

Usurpress - Join Agonia Records, Releasing New Album

Usurpress will have more death metal to offer next year when they release their third album. The quartet from Uppsala, Sweden signed a deal with Agonia Records and recorded their 3rd album, entitled The Regal Tribe, during the fall of 2015 under the supervision of producer Lawrence Mackrory ( F.K.Ü., Darkane, etc). Its release date has been slated for 2016.

Skid Row - Singer Tony Harnell Out Of The Band

It seems like Skid Row are changing singers once again. The veteran hard rockers replaced Johny Solinger with Tony Harnell ( TNT, Starbreaker) earlier this year but it didn't last very long. According to him, he quit the band and wasn't fired. But what happened exactly? The Skid Row camp has yet to comment on the situation.

Tourniquet - Part Ways With Vocalist Luke Easter

Luke Easter has been the singer of U.S. thrashers Tourniquet since 1993. However, the group has now announced the split with the frontman. "By mutual and respectful agreement," Luke Easter has stepped down as vocalist of the band. The band's latest album, Antiseptic Bloodbath, came out in 2012 but the band has been working on new songs. So, maybe they are preparing a new release?
