Delain - Merel Bechtold Joins Band For Upcoming Tour

Delain announced today that guitarist Merel Bechtold (MaYaN) will join them on the upcoming European tour with Sabaton and Battle Beast starting this Friday in Oberhausen, Germany. Guitarist Timo Somers unfortunately won't be able to be present on this tour due to a very full schedule.

Enforcer - New Album Details Unveiled

Get ready for some new heavy/speed metal courtesy of Enforcer. The Swedes just announced their fourth album. First, it will be titled From Beyond and will contain ten new songs, produced, mixed and mastered by the band members Olof and Jonas Wikstrand. The new album will be out on February 27th (Europe), March 2nd (UK) and March 10th (US) through Nuclear Blast Records. Pre-sales start today. Take a look at the cover art and more below.

Arcturus - New Album Finished

A short update from the Norwegian avantgarde metallers Arcturus has been released. According to the band's official Facebook page, they have now finished their new album, 10 years after their last full-length, Sideshow Symphonies, was released. The release date for the new album is not yet revealed but possibly will be announced soon. It's finally happening!

Peter Tägtgren - Launches Project With Till Lindemann

It seems like vocalist Till Lindemann of German industrial metallers Rammstein has joined forces with Swedish producer and multi-instrumentalist Peter Tägtgren (Hypocrisy, Pain) in a brand new project simply called Lindemann. An official Facebook page has been launched at this location. For now, only a photo of the "marriage" was posted but you can probably expect to know more really soon.

Keeper - Releasing Split With Sea Bastard

After releasing the demo MMXIV last year, California's doom duo Keeper will now release a split LP with Sea Bastard. You can already preorder it from Dry Cough Records. It is a co-release with Black Reaper Records, Medusa Crush Recordings, and Tadpole Records set for January 31st, 2015. Streams are in the works, so stay tuned for that. Gothic Knights - Former Drummer Passes Away

American power metal band Gothic Knights has shared sad news about their former drummer Brian Dispost. He has passed away. Brian Dispost played in the band in the 90s. He was later diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and had to stop playing drums.

TNT - Tony Harnell Leaves Again, Plans For 2015

TNT's singer Tony Harnell has left the Norwegian metallers once again. Tony Harnell didn't go into detail about why he left but did say his "heart is broken" and that he "tried very hard once again to make it work for the long haul." As for the band, they say they might rise again at some point, but for now guitarist Ronni Le Tekrø is focusing on his solo project.

Not long ago, Belgian metallers Ostrogoth announced the passing of former guitarist Jean-Pierre Dekeghel at the age of 57. Unfortunately, they have lost another member, this time it was guitarist Rudy Vercruysse, who lost his battle to cancer. He was 59.

E-Force - Update On New Album

E-Force, the France-based thrashers, have announced their plans for 2015. 35 shows later, their tour for the album The Curse... is over and they started working on its follow-up. The new album is planned to be released around April/May this year. The bass tracks are already complete.
