Onmyo-Za - Confirm Release Date For New Albums

Recently, Japanese kimono-clad heavy metal outfit Onmyo-Za announced two new studio albums, 風神界逅 (Fuujin Kaikou) and 雷神創世 (Raijin Sousei), their eleventh and twelfth album respectively. It has now been confirmed that the two will be released simultaneously on September 24th via Tokyo-based label King Records. Mark your calendars!

Sick Of It All - Announce New Album

New York hardcore act Sick Of It All announce the release of their upcoming new album, The Last Act Of Defiance, to be released on the following dates: September 29th, 2014 in Europe, Australia/NZ and September 30th in North America via Century Media Records. The Last Act Of Defiance was produced by long time friend and producer Tue Madsen who recorded the album at Nova Studio in Staten Island, NY while mixing it in his own Antfarm Studio in Denmark.

Engraved Disillusion - Announce New Album, Tracklist Revealed

British melodic death metal act Engraved Disillusion announce the release of their sophmore album, to be entitled The Eternal Rest. Artwork for The Eternal Rest will be created by Colin Marks at Rainsong Design (Nevermore, Scar Symmetry, Sylosis). The follow up to 2011's Embers Of Existence debut is due for release in late 2014. "Benighted is proud to welcome Bert (guitars) and Pierre Arnoux (bass/backing vocals) in the band for the summer festival appearances! Bert (High For A Dive, Sorastrella, Soulbreeder, ex-Winds Of Torment) was already a member of the Benighted family as he joined the band for the 'Morbid Angel Tour' in 2011 and the 'Summer Sickness Tour' in 2012. Swiss noisemongers Kruger are about to release their brand new, fifth studio album. The quintet is announcing Adam And Steve album, to be released on October 13th on Listenable Records (vinyl version via Pelagic Records). Produced by the band and mixed by Magnus Lindberg (Cult Of Luna), Adam And Steve is carrying on with the band's tasty mix of Entombed, Converge, Breach and Tool, which set them as one of Europe's most reliable post-metal acts. Slough Feg - Drummer To Leave The Band

US heavy metallers Slough Feg have some unpleasent news to share. The band has confirmed that their drummer Harry Cantwell will be leaving the band after the July 28th show at Bottom of the Hill in San Francisco, CA. Harry has been part of Slough Feg for the last seven years and has contributed his share to the band's last four full-length releases.
