This is one of the new songs that will be featured on the band's upcoming new album and follow-up to My Damnation, due out in 2014 on Artery Recordings/Razor & Tie.
French metallers Pryapisme have confirmed that they will release a very limited 8-Bit EP called Blastbit Rococollider on February 3rd via Apathia Records. This very special EP will be strictly limited to 100 pink tapes. Earlier this year, the band released their new opus Hyperblast Super Collider.
Italian progressive metallers Eldritch will release their new album Tasting The Tears on February 17th in Europe and February 18th in North America via Scarlet Records. The album was produced by Eugene Simone and was mixed and mastered by Simone Mularoni (DGM). The first single, "Alone Again", can be streamed now using the SoundCloud widget below.
The release of Benighted's new album is approaching fast. While fans are eager to hear new music, today you get to see the album cover and tracklist of the French brutal death metallers' seventh full-length. Benighted also recently shot a video for the song "Experience Your Flesh", a number from Carnivore Sublime. The clip will be premiered in January. So, you have that to look forward to.

In fact, vocalists Nils Rue from Pagan's Mind, Henrik Båth from Darkwater, Elin Redin from End Of September and Theocracy's Matt Smith have joined forces to sing in a track composed by Smith himself and enriched with the guitar solo of Darkwater and Harmony's Markus Sigfridsson. The cool fact is that 100% of the income of this track will be delivered to The Bridge Bunch, an organization dedicated to serving the homeless population of Nashville, Tennessee, in the United States. Mariusz Duda has started working on the next album of his solo project Lunatic Soul. The recordings will take place in the Studio Serakos, the same where Riverside's latest effort called Shrine Of New Generation Slaves was created. The upcoming album (still untitled) is scheduled for release in the autumn of 2014.
British sludge/doom innovators Bong have a new album on the way. Their label Ritual Productions confirmed that they have completed work on the follow-up to Mana-Yood-Sushai, which is due for release on March 2014. Dream Theater has announced new tour dates for a North American headline trek dubbed Along For The Ride tour where they will showcase the new opus Dream Theater. The coast-to-coast run will pick up on March 20th, 2014 in Toronto, following the band's European tour and then continues through the end of April where it will eventually wrap up in Guadalajara, Mexico.
The Swedes Cult Of Luna have announced, or rather implied, that the band will be taking a break from their busy schedule after next year's Beyond The Redshift festival in the UK which they are curating. The statement is quite cryptic and non-specific but it does seem that you should expect a lot less activity from them after May 2014 for a while.
Former Nightwish singer Anette Olzon, who recently announced the release of her debut solo album Shine, has unveiled the first song off the record. While black metallers Dark Funeral haven't released a new album since 2009's Angelus Exuro Pro Eternus, the new album is in the works. The band's mastermind Lord Ahriman has recently posted an update on the band's recent activities discussing the new album, and an exclusive 20th anniversary show in Stockholm, Sweden which is being planned for spring 2014. Also, they are still looking for a new permanent vocalist.
