Grand Magus - European Tour Dates Announced

Grand Magus are busy working on their new album but have now also revealed an upcoming European tour for March next year. Joining them for the Rock Revelation Tour 2014 will be The Vintage Caravan, Norwegians Audrey Horne and German blues rock newcomers Zodiac. Check out the dates below. The band will be stopping by France, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands and Switzerland.

Melissa Ferlaak - Former Singer Launches New Band

My Eternel is the new band featuring Voa Voxyd from French metallers Ad Inferna and Melissa Ferlaak (Plague Of Stars, ex-Aesma Daeva, ex-Visions Of Atlantis), which will release their debut album Pursuit Of A Higher Throne, on December 16th. Weedeater - Sign To Season Of Mist, New Album And Reissues

After a long silence, US stoner/sludge metal act Weedeater have signed with Season Of Mist. Born from the ashes of Buzzov?en in the late nineties, Weedeater released four albums so far: And Justice For Y'all, Sixteen Tons, God Luck And Good Speed, and Jason... The Dragon. All four albums will be reissued on Season Of Mist. Moreover, the band's forthcoming fifth full-length will also be released on Season Of Mist. Prepare yourself!

Sepultura - Debut Video

Sepultura set out to push some buttons with their new video for the new track "The Vatican". This song appears on their newest release The Mediator Between The Head And Hands Must Be The Heart and today the thrash metal band premiered the video for it. Rafael Kent directed the video for Okent Films and you can watch it here. Guitarist Andreas Kisser has described the song "The Vatican" as "one of the tracks that has some death metal influences, whose lyrics tell the story of how the Vatican was created, filled with blood, orgy, murders, corruption, adultery... it's one of the most evil and perverse lyrics I ever wrote."

In Solitude - Release Two Live Videos

In Solitude have returned to Sweden after their successful North American tour with Watain and Tribulation. Throughout the tour, the heavy metallers performed a set consisting of songs from each of their three albums, including their newest release Sister. At the Los Angeles show, clips were captured and two live videos have now been launched. The first of which is for the title track from the new album, and the second is for the song "To Her Darkness" from the album The World. The Flesh. The Devil. Luca Turilli's Rhapsody - Reveal New Album Title, Trailer Online

So, the wait is over. Italian masters of epic symphonic metal Luca Turilli's Rhapsody just revealed the title for their upcoming album: Prometheus - Symfonia Ignis Divinis, which will be recorded and mixed once again in the Backyard Studios of Sebastian Roeder (Kempten, Germany) and released via Nuclear Blast in 2014. Iced Earth - Tap Drummer Jon Dette For Tour

Iced Earth are about to embark on the second leg of the Volbeat tour, which kicks off in Berlin, Germany, today and wraps up in Copenhagen, Denmark on December 1st. Job For A Cowboy - Announce Studio Drummer For New Album

Death metallers Job For A Cowboy are currently writing their fourth full-length album, and the follow-up to 2012's Demonocracy album. The band will be moving forward without long time drummer Jon "The Charn" Rice who decided to leave the band but apparently on good terms. With a new album scheduled to be recorded with Jason Suecof this winter, the band has enlisted the drumming talents of Danny Walker to fill in as the studio drummer. Walker is known for his work in Intronaut, as well as having performed with Exhumed, Jesu, Phobia, Murder Construct, and more.

Subrosa - Equipment Stolen On Tour

SubRosa were touring with Samothrace in the US in support of their new album More Constant Than The Gods. Unfortunately, they have been forced to drop off the remaining dates due to several setbacks which include instruments that were stolen from their van, two violins, several electric guitars, a bass guitar, and a gear bag containing the band's tour money and personal belongings. Their tour van was broken into, ransacked and robbed on tour in Sacramento, California.

Nachtmystium - Blake Judd Released, Debut New Song (Update)

UPDATE on 05.11.2013 [Thanks to D.T. Metal]: Nachtmystium have premiered a new song from the new album announced by frontman Blake "Azentrius" Judd as being called The World We Left Behind. The new song is called "Voyager" and will appear on the new opus to be released in early spring 2014 on Century Media Records. It was written and produced by Blake Judd (who also plays guitars, synth, and sings on it), recorded at Belle City Sound by Chris Wisco, with Tim Preciado on guitar, John Porada on bass, and Sam Shroyer on drums.
