Savage Messiah have dropped a new music video "Down And Out", directed by David Pear. The song is coming from their forthcoming studio album Demons, to be out on May 17th through Century Media. Helevorn - To Tour Canada With Majestic Downfall

Spanish doomers Helevorn are excited to announce that they will embark on their first ever North American tour, to be precise, across the Canadian lands. They will be touring this May, together with Mexican death doom outfit Majestic Downfall. Latter will be performing in support of their latest effort, Waters Of Fate, released on December 7th, while Helevorn will be presenting their forthcoming new opus, Aamamata, due out January 29th via Solitude Productions/BadMoodMan.

Downfall Of Gaia - Enter The Studio To Work On New Album

Downfall Of Gaia just entered the studio to work on the successor to their 2016 album, Atrophy. The currently untitled fifth studio album will be recorded at Hidden Planet Studio in Berlin with Jan Oberg and at Backroom Studios New Jersey with Kevin Antreassian (The Dillinger Escape Plan). This time around, the mix and master will come from V. Santura (Triptykon, Dark Fortress). The band is aiming for a release in early 2019.

System Of A Down - Serj Tankian Releases Statement About Lack Of New Material

We all know that System Of A Down hasn't released an album since 2005's Mezmerize and Hypnotize and while there's been talks of new material in the works, it seems like it never comes to fruition. Now, vocalist Serj Tankian has posted an open letter to fans following an interview that guitarist/singer Daron Malakian did with Kerrang! magazine regarding the band's inability to record a new album. Serj Tankian has responded citing artistic differences, equal publishing split claims and other major revelations regarding the hiatus.
