Five Finger Death Punch - Tap Phil Labonte To Fill In For Ivan Moody

Last year, Five Finger Death Punch vocalist Ivan Moody had a melt down which led his colleagues to abandon him on stage. Now, he made another scene. He suffered what he called a "mental moment" on stage at the DCU Center in Worcester, Massachusetts, appearing to claim that his "mother" was dying. He was led off stage. Now he has dropped off the tour, with the band saying he's "fallen ill" and they will complete their live commitments with All That Remains singer Phil Labonte instead.

Five Finger Death Punch - Unveil New Video And Tours

Five Finger Death Punch just released a new video! It's for their next single "I Apologize". Taken from their sixth studio album, Got Your Six, the clip follows Ivan Moody through a cemetery housing deceased rock icons, ranging from Elvis to Kurt Cobain and Amy Winehouse to Jimi Hendrix. The clip was shot at Los Angeles' famed Angelus Rosedale Cemetery with Nathan Cox directing the band-conceived storyline.

Five Finger Death Punch - Sign With Rise Records

While they are still involved in a legal battle with Prospect Park Records which sued them, Five Finger Death Punch already have a new label deal. Rise Records have announced the signing of the group to a North American recording deal. The first album with Rise Records will be released following the completion of Five Finger Death Punch's obligation to its current label.

Five Finger Death Punch - Sued By Prospect Park Label

More battles in court! Prospect Park Records has thrown a punch. Five Finger Death Punch are being sued by the label claiming that they failed to record a greatest hits album and a new record, according to Courthouse News Service. A record producer claims, among other things, that three members of the band are "shamelessly attempting to cash in before the anticipated downfall of their addicted bandmate."

Trouble in paradise? Five Finger Death Punch had a meltdown onstage during the band's performance in Memphis, Tennessee as part of the Beale Street Music Festival. Reportedly, the band cut its performance short after roughly six songs and walking off stage. This led some fans to speculate they were breaking up. However, the Los Angeles metallers have already dismissed these rumors. The band's frontman, Ivan Moody, has suggested that it was all due to technical problems and that the band fired some of their crew.
