Florida-based extreme metallers Hate Eternal will embark on a European headlining tour in support of their forthcoming album. The tour kicks off April 29th in Wurzburg, Germany and will run through May 20th ending in Leipzig, Germany. Support on the tour will come from Obscura, Beneath The Massacre and Defiled.

Yeah, Candlemass bassist/everyday legend Leif Edling contributes some spoken words in this track. You can all start applauding now. But not only that. In this tune you'll also get some insanely nice vocals from Christian Älvestam (ex-Scar Symmetry) (who also sang a line or two on our last album).

So, that's a lot of bonus stuff for ya apart from the simple fact that "Summoning Majestic War" is a goddamn phenomenal symphony that represents TPH in every shape, way and form. If you survive these 12+ minutes of pure excellence, pray you'll survive the remaining five tracks on Bleeding The New Apocalypse as well. It will not be an easy task. Domination is a fierce beast. On April 29th & April 30th, 2011 the leading death metal festival of Europe will once again come to the 013 venue in Tilburg, Netherlands. The Neurotic Deathfest organization earlier confirmed heavywheight acts such as Autopsy, At The Gates, Exhumed, Misery Index and Decapitated. This time there are seven more names, including exclusive performances by Hate Eternal, Obscura, Magrudergrind and Beheaded.

Hate Eternal, the American hyper-death metal formation of Erik Rutan will be present again on the Neurotic Deathfest, ever since their crushing performance on the festival in 2008. The German technical death metal ensemble Obscura, who were seen as one of the best newcomers on Neurotic Deathfest 2009 will return in 2011 as well. Other bands to be confirmed are: Beheaded from Malta, who will perform a special 20th anniversary set, slam-death machine Vulvectomy from Italy, the grind hit of the moment Magrudergrind from the US, the Canadian deathsters of Beneath The Massacre and the Dutch band Antropomorphia. This last act might be unknown to many younger fans, but this band received quite some praise in the nineties with their album Necromantic Love Songs and are recently reformed.

There are a total of 26 acts confirmed. This means that there are yet 16 acts to be announced to get to the grand total of 42 performing bands. An overview of bands confirmed to this date can be found here.

Hate Eternal is working on their fifth studio album (second for Metal Blade Records) and follow up to Fury And Flames once again at Erik Rutan's own Mana Recording Studios. JJ Hrubovcak has been added as the band's bassist and the devastating combo of Erik Rutan on guitar and Jade Simonetto on drums is at work once again. The album promises to be one of the most intense death metal albums of 2011.

Frontman Erik Rutan offers the following update: "The band has been locked up in Mana Recording Studios doing pre-production for the past 2 months, finishing up songs that we have been writing over the last year in between tours and albums that I've produced, and we feel we have come up with one of Hate Eternal's heaviest, most twisted, evil, melodic, and insane albums yet. It was my goal to expand upon what the band has done in the past, and add new dynamics and twists to the traditional, dissonant Hate Eternal style, yet keep it in the same vein. Polish extreme metallers Hate have completed work on a new album, entitled Erebos. The album is slated for a November 2010 European release via Listenable Records. The album will be available in North America in January 2011 as an "extended version" featuring bonus live material.

Erebos was recorded at Hertz Studio in Bialystok, Poland with producers Slawek and Wojtek Wieslawski (Decapitated, Vader). The new album contains ten new songs, which are said to be a fusion of blackened death metal, industrial and ambient sounds, deathcore and heavy metal. Season of Mist is proud to welcome infamous industrial Death Metal act The Project Hate MCMXCIX to the roster! The Swedes' 6 song, 60+ minute seventh album will be mixed and mastered by Dan Swanö and has been tentatively scheduled for an early 2011 release.

Band leader Lord K. Philipson made the following comment: "Obviously there's a label in this world realizing there's some fucken potential in what we do, being ready to take the risk in today's illegal downloading dilemma, meaning they want to release the next album of The Project Hate MCMXCIX. The fact that there are still record companies around who try their hardest to get the best music out there absolutely astonishes me.

To be able to do this album with a world wide distribution, thru a label who absolutely seem to know what they are doing, feels great. In the little time I have been in touch with the people of this label I have seen more professionalism than during my entire career. That says a lot. We can now concentrate on delivering the best damned recording we have ever done and leave the rest of the business to the record company in question. To be on the same roster as quality bands like Morbid Angel, Watain, Mayhem and Cynic feels great. And to know that this disc will see the physical light of day is exactly how we want it to be. Commented the band: "We decided to celebrate this first anniversary because it marks our beginning in the underground. Infernal Angels drummer Asmodeus Draco Dux has joined the ranks of Italian black metallers Handful Of Hate as their new permanent drummer replacing Andrea Bianchi who left due to personal reasons. The band made the following announcement:

"The split between H.O.H and Andrea B. happened in true friendly way 'cause he decided to follow other musical trails in jazz and fusion career, but still holding on the Handful family supporting the band in and out the musical activity! We commonly wish him the best for his future plans and giving a big thank you for all the great and wonderful time spent altogether!"

Bass player Mixen Lindberg is the latest member to leave Hatesphere. According to a short band statement, Mixen has chosen to pursue other projects. He will temporarily be replaced until the end of 2010 by former Hatesphere bassist Mikael Ehlert (ex-Artillery, Koldborn).

As previously reported, vocalist Jonathan Albrechtsen resigned back in February after three years of duty, and was temporarily replaced by Mevadio singer Morten Madsen. But now - after conducting auditions in Copenhagen - the band has finally found a worthy candidate to fill the open vacancy in the person of Esben "Esse" Hansen. The new Hatesphere frontman is known from his work for Danish metalcore outfit As We Fight.

Swedish metallers The Project Hate MCMXCIX have issued the following update:

"Finished up the last tune for the coming album yesterday, as mentioned. Yep, there sure are some Gojira influences in a part, there's no denying that. Great, great band. There's also some old-school death metal influences as well as a dash of Exodus and Candlemass at times. You don't even know what's coming your way with this fucken monster, trust me on that. We have stepped up not only one, but a few notches with this material - that's a fact.

Today I sorted the parts for vocals in the latest tune as well as picking out all the parts in all songs where we will have amazing guitar solos courtesy of the fantastic Mike Wead once again. Now I need to finish up the last lyrics for this final track. Ruby is about to record some more pre-production material for the remaining tracks as well and I can't wait to get those, to say the least. It's so great to hear what she puts into our songs and how much of a difference it really makes compared to our old vocalissas, even though they have done a good job over the years - but Ruby's exactly what I have been looking for all my life it feels like. Outstanding girl. Outstanding. I'm sitting here listening to all the tunes with a huge grin on my face, blasting the tunes fucken loud, much to the delight of my neighbors, I'm sure.

Still no news on the label situation. We had some interest last week, but after that I haven't heard anything from them. They really dug what they heard from The Lustrate Process and all as well, so that's weird. I'm not chasing after them though. If they wanna sign us for this album - they will sign us. If not, well, it is what it is. Fuck it then. Good label though with a great roster. We'll see what happens, I guess. All I care about is composing the best damned material I ever composed in my life - and I am content with that for the time being. What happens - happens."

Lord K. Philipson added: "All of my lyrics are now done and it feels fantastic. Now I'll just work even more on the songs until completion of this beast, as mentioned before. Also, all of Mike Wead's sections for solos (there will be a bunch) have been picked out and sent to him so he can put down his magic starting sometime soon. We'll keep you updated on the label situation and Ruby's pre-productions as we go along. Stay tuned."

Polish Death metallers Hate have been working on their new compositions for a over 6 months now. The band will enter Hertz Studio in Bialystok, Poland just after their North American tour with Hypocrisy - on June 5 to begin recording their new album for a late 2010 release via Listenable Records. Hate have announced the title of their forthcoming material as Erebos which comes from ancient Greek and means literally "deep darkness or shadow". The new album will contain at least 9 new songs, which are said to be a fusion of blackened death metal, industrial and ambient sounds, deathcore and heavy metal.

Guitarist/vocalist Adam The First Sinner comments: "Since the premiere of Morphosis we have toured different parts of the world and faced a ton of challenges over the course of the last two years. All of the hard work that we have put in the band and everything that we have experienced is reflected in our new songs, which we know are our best yet. Erebos is going to contain extreme metal to the full with different musical styles incorporated. We explore areas that have not been associated with Hate before, and what we have created is a mixture of styles all packed in an extreme and vicious form. It is still 100 % Hate, but more elaborate, sophisticated and, in a way, redefined. We have titled the material Erebos which basicaly means darkness of human soul - and is full of analogies to condition of the human living in today's world who is a slave to his anger, weaknesses and complexes. Existing in a fictitious, virtual world, he is a slave to his dreams and does not really live but dreams that he lives."

Vocalist Jonathan "Joller" Albrechtsen has left Danish metallers Hatesphere. Jonathan will be temporarily replaced by Morten "Kruger" Madsen of the Danish Metal band Mevadio.

Despite Jonathan´s exit, Hatesphere have no intention of quitting, and they will hit the American shores as planned on 24th February to tour one month with their friends in The Black Dahlia Murder, Obscura and Augury.

Here's what bassist Mixen Lindberg had to add on behalf of the band: "Today is one of those strange days where two equally strong feelings are tossing my insides around in a ponderous fist fight. One is gloomy and leaving me with a sensation that we're stuck knee-deep in a twitch. The other one is relieved, proud and stronger than ever. Today we part ways with Joller. Having a hard time combining full-time work, 2 bands and a general lack of excitement on his part, Joller came to the conclusion that his time in HateSphere was up. We debated for a couple of days there, but saw it fitting that we let him go because you can't be in this band if your heart is not in place. So, as sad as it may be, we're happy to send him on his way so we can all on move on towards bigger and better things, fully focused.

Now, we've endured hardship before so I am not worried one bit. Also, the energy in the band is at an all-time high, especially since Mike joined us last year, and at this point, we're already in contact with several possible singers (with some really interesting people in the mix might I add!). Try-out's will commence immediately upon arrival from our forthcoming US tour, and shortly after that we will hit the studio to record something new and fresh."
