Korn - Recruit Metallica Bassist's Son For South American Tour

On their next South American tour, Korn's bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu won't be on stage with the band, due to "unforeseen circumstances". However, the band will be joined by a special guest. Filling in for bass duties will be Tye Trujillo, the 12-year old son of Metallica's Robert Trujillo and member of the group The Helmets. Like father, like son.

Korn - Jonathan Davis Sued Over Serial Killer Museum Payment

Korn's frontman Jonathan Davis is being sued for $250,000 over a failed serial killer museum. According to TMZ, Davis made a good deal when he wriggled out of a costly lawsuit over a failed serial killer museum, but he forgot to pay the people who got him that deal and now they're suing. He tried to launch the project with a partner, but the idea came to nothing. The American Curiosities Museum was to focus on exhibits associated with some of the most infamous murderers in U.S. history.

Korn - Performing Entire Debut Album On U.S. Tour

Korn fans are in for a treat on the band's upcoming U.S. tour in October. The band will perform their 1994 self-titled debut album in its entirety (and more) at intimate venues on these dates. Throughout the tour, Suicide Silence and Islander will open for Korn. The American group performed their self-titled debut album in full for the first time in the U.S. on March 13th at the Brooklyn Bowl in Las Vegas. During the show, they featured their emotionally charged song "Daddy", which hasn't been played in concert since the first time in 1995.

Heavy MTL Festival 2015 - Slipknot, Korn, Mastodon And More Confirmed

Korn - Being Sued By Former Drummer David Silveria

According to TMZ, founding Korn drummer David Silveria is suing his former band claiming his 2006 departure from the group was just a hiatus and that he was ready to return to the band in 2013 but they turned him away. Furthermore, David Silveria claims he still has ownership interest in Korn, and is looking for his cut of the band's profits since he left.

Korn - Jonathan Davis Pens Track For Diabetes Charity

Korn frontman Jonathan Davis has penned the new song "So Unfair" about his son's struggle with Type 1 diabetes. All proceeds will go to the non-profit organization JDRF, a leading global organization funding Type 1 diabetes research. Every dollar donated is an entry to win a trip to Bakersfield, California to create and record a song with Jonathan Davis at his private recording studio.
