Last Friday (May 14th), Ministry guitarist Sir Quirin announced that, after nearly 15 years of service, that he has left the band in order to pursue other endeavors. Quirin had been a member of Ministry on and off since 2007, and made headlines over a year ago for being accused of sexual abuse with two underage women.

The industrial metallers are actually about to release a new one called AmeriKKKant, featuring guest artists DJ Swamp (Beck), Burton C. Ministry's mainman Al Jourgensen has a new project called Surgical Meth Machine. The band has inked a deal with Nuclear Blast Records for their self-titled debut album. The record, which was recorded primarily at Jourgensen's home studio in Burbank, California with his longtime engineer Sam D'Ambruoso, will be released on April 15th worldwide. There is still no music available but the album cover and tracklist have been revealed.
