Wildernessking emerged in 2012 with their debut album, The Writing Of Gods In The Sand, (mastered by Magnus Lindberg of Cult Of Luna fame). The Cape Town quartet spent 2013 doing their first tour of South Africa and 2017 will see the release of a new LP, as the band will be touring for in the European summer, their first international tour.

The Cernunnos is more than just a festival, it's a real medieval celebration in the heart of Paris, France with artisans, games, entertainment and a traditional tavern that offers a historic cuisine. More than 900 festival-goers meet annually at La Machine du Moulin Rouge (Paris 18) to be united with pagan/folk/Viking metal bands in Europe. This year the festival will have 11 bands. The 2014 edition even sold out! This year, the festival will welcome several bands that have never played in France and will take place on February 22nd.

German symphonic metallers Leaves' Eyes have announced that they will play a free acoustic show in Paris tonight alongside Dutch metallers Stream Of Passion.

The band posted the following on their official website: "Attention Leaves' Eyes & Stream Of Passion fans in France! The two bands will play an exclusive and free acoustic session on 18th of October in Paris, Le Klub! Free entrance, plus signing session of both bands! Also an afterparty at the Black Dog bar.
