Following the complaint of the American band The Voodoo Moonshine, Trepalium have decided to change the name of their last EP in order to avoid a lawsuit. Their 2014 Voodoo Moonshine EP will now be called by the name of the EP's second track "Damballa's Voodoo Doll". The first edition of the EP is thus a collector's item.
Infra Versus Ultra, the last album of industrial one man band Neurotech, has been out for a few days and Wulf, the man behind the band, has already announced the next release because the man doesn't stop. The music industry is ruthless. Crimson Shadows have been offered to get on tour across Europe with Alestorm this autumn, but they are experiencing some difficulties. After having bought a new van to tour USA this summer, they couldn't cross the boarder, and are now facing huge debts. That's why they have launched an Indiegogo campaign, to refund these debts and get the opportunity to tour Europe next month.
As you may know, Equilibrium have announced two months ago that bassist Sandra van Eldik and guitarist Andreas Völkl left the band. We know now who is going to be the new guitarist of the band. Swedish outfit Deathstars has announced that the upcoming March/April European tour Claws Through Europe has been postponed and rescheduled. The reason for this is that the band's upcoming album has been pushed back too. All the information about the new album including title, tracklist, cover and release date are yet to be revealed at this point.
Wulf, the man behind the Neurotech project from Slovenia, never sleeps. After he has one more time amazed his fans with the new The Elysian Symphony single as a Christmas gift, he is now releasing a new version of the Transhuman EP's title track, in order to celebrate the sixth year anniversary of its release. As usual, the track is available for free on his Bandcamp page and a lyric video for the song can be enjoyed now here.
Following the departure of Mikko Kotamäki due to conflicting schedules a few months ago, Barren Earth had been looking for a new singer while working on new material, which has been described as "mournful, winding, hopeful, ambitious and rugged". They've just announced that Jón Aldará, Hamferð's vocalist, will join them as the new lead vocalist. He will take part in Barren Earth's third full-length album which the group plans to start recording during the spring of 2014.
"Triumph", the new single from Slovenian industrial metal one man band Neurotech, is now available for streaming below through the lyric video. The song comes off the band's upcoming EP from the final part of the Decipher trilogy entitled Decipher Vol. 3, and also off the upcoming compilation Decipher [Vol. 1, 2, 3] that will be released on physical CD around May.
Finnish melodic death metallers Before The Dawn have released a new video for the song "Pitch-Black Universe" and you can watch it below. The song is the second single taken from their upcoming album Rise Of The Phoenix, which will be released on April 27th via Nuclear Blast Records. "Havoc", a brand new video from Swiss folk metallers Eluveitie is now available online and you can watch it below. The video was produced by Polish company Grupa13, who had worked with the band on the clip for "Thousandfold" from the last album Everything Remains As It Never Was and for "A Rose For Epona" from the upcoming album Helvetios.
