Uada - Announce New Album, Premiere Single

Uada, after firing their guitarist and deleting the statement in which they accused him of misconduct and looking for a replacement, have now shared the news of new music from the band in the form of a new album. Khanate - Surprise Release First Album In 14 Years

Up until now thoughts of a Khanate reunion, let alone a new album, seemed like wishful thinking. Well, turns out that the band has been working on a follow-up to 2009's Clean Hands Go Foul since 2017, and now we have a new Khanate album titled To Be Cruel. The album was surprised released by Sacred Bones Records on the 19th of May, with physical versions available for pre-order. You can stream it below.

Marduk - Bassist Joel Lindholm Fired From Band, Devo Andersson To Replace Him

Marduk have just appeared at Incineration Fest in London last weekend, a performance during which bassist Joel Lindholm's general behaviour was considered unacceptable by the band, resulting in him getting fired. Among other things, he performed a nazi salute to the crowd at the end of "Beyond The Grace Of God", an incident that was filmed and uploaded (along with the entire concert) on YouTube by one user Mick 666. Marduk have announced that their old bassist Devo Andersson will be taking Lindholm's place in temporarily. You can read the statement and watch the video of the live appearance below.

Morbid Angel - Gig Cancelled Due To Tornado, One Dead, Multiple Injured

The Apollo Theatre in Belvidere, Illinois, where Morbid Angel, Revocation, Skeletal Remains, and Crypta were due to perform, was hit by a sudden tornado that caused the roof to collapse roughly 30 minutes into the show. One person was killed and 28 others were injured. Approximately 260 people, including guests, performers and staff were inside at the time. Morbid Angel re-scheduled their show in Joliet, Illinois that was supposed to happen the following day.
