16:44 - PocketMetal Thanks Hex_Omega , I guess the make up confused me . :p
16:05 - Hex_Omega PocketMetal. according to Metal Archives... there are no females in that band...
16:05 - Unhealer The mix needs some extra volume for the bass, but remastering you can get raise the low-end frequencies shelves and that would help as well if not exaggerated. Re-mixing would be ideal, but I see remaster more likely to happen.
15:59 - Marcel Hubregtse Unhealer, the mastering is okay of AJFA it's the mix which is terrible
15:51 - PocketMetal this newly added band Gyze from Japan , can anyone tell the gender of the band members ? not trying to be racist here I'm just confused about the vocals.
15:45 - Unhealer They should do a good remaster of AJFA. That would mean not involving the guy that mastered Death Magnetic for a start.
After 16 years of delivering punishing, extreme heavy metal, California's Abscess has decided to call it quits. The band's sixth and final studio album, Dawn of Inhumanity, was released in March on Peaceville Records.
Abscess drummer/vocalist, Chris Reifert (ex-Death, Autopsy), issued the following statement: "We need to inform you that Abscess has officially broken up. The reason for this is that Clint Bower (session Autopsy bassist) has left the band for personal reasons, and out of respect to him and to all who have supported us for these 16 years, we have decided to call it a day. Without Clint Bower, there can be no Abscess, so we won't even try to cheat anyone with something that is not the real thing. Dawn of Inhumanity has become our final statement, and we feel that it is the perfect way to close the Abscess chapter, since we must do so. Thanks to all of you who were and still are proud to call yourselves Abscess Freaks!"
