Suicidal Angels? Really? Sure they cater to most fans of the old school sound, but they weren't actually there when the sound was pioneered. What about Sodom? Overkill wouldn't be able to because of scheduling conflicts, Artillery (could play When Death Comes), Tankard (could play their back catalog and maybe some teasers from their new album)...all good choices.
If they want another American old school band, what about Heathen, whose latest album was more than well-received? Oh well, it still looks like a great tour and I obviously have no quips about going because I'll be parked over here on the other side of the ocean.
This will be good exposure for SA (provided they don't look like amateurs next to the big guns; who knows, maybe they'll show everyone else up). As far as I know Greece isn't exactly a thrash metal hotbed... |

But except for SA none of those are on Rock The Nation's roster |

According to their website Kreator and Exodus aren't either, so I was assuming it was free game in terms of fetching free-range talent. I'm sure there's more to it than meets the eye though. |

There definitely is. Have a look at the bands' labels for example. |

Yeah Thraw is a pretty good band...I would also recommend you to listen Negligence (http://www.myspace.com/negligence), if you maybe haven't heard for them. |
