A cappella metal band Van Canto have a new video out. The track is called "Magic Taborea" and comes off the bands most recent effort Tribe Of Force; released early this year.

It does sounds like the could have "cheated" but they did all the sounds when I saw the live at Wacken a few years back.
...the video is crap by the way and the song isn't too good either |

I first noticed listening to "Speed Of Light", that the "solo" (and then the sound at the very end) is really very high-pitched and much more like guitar sound than sound that anyone is able to produce by mouth...

They play with the sound in the studio with some amps and stuff to make it sound more guitar-ish, but it's all strictly vocal work. Except that one guest performance at the latest album, by Victor Smolski I think. |
