Versailles - Japanese Tour Dates


Japanese metallers Versailles will embark on a Japanese tour which kicks off March 21th in Saitama and will run through April 16th ending in Tochigi.


Announced dates are as follows:

March 21 - Saitama - Heaven?fs Rock Kumagaya
March 26 - Aichi - Nagoya Electric Lady Land
April 01 - Osaka - Esaka Muse
April 02 - Osaka - Esaka Muse
April 09 - Kanagawa - Yokohama BAYSIS
April 10 - Saitama - Heaven?fs Rock Saitama Shintoshin
April 16 - Tochigi - Heaven?fs Rock Utsunomiya

I wouldn't say that! Other bands like D'espairsRay are starting to pull American legs in their tours! They just need a considerable amount of time to reach it here. X Japan had their FIRST ever American tour just last year, so, what does that tell you?

I wouldn't say that! Other bands like D'espairsRay are starting to pull American legs in their tours! They just need a considerable amount of time to reach it here. X Japan had their FIRST ever American tour just last year, so, what does that tell you?


D'espairsRay are the equivalent of those American metalcore bands like A7X and Killswitch Engage so of course they would be popular...but to be fair to them, Redeemer was a decent album.

Redeemer was their worst album... Coll:set and Mirror are MUCH stronger albums. I don't see the relation of D'espairsRay and A7X and KSE whatsoever.

In terms of their heaviness compared to Versailles for one thing, for another they have a more 'acceptable' young look that is comparable with American society, whereas Versailles don't as they are largely based in the Visual Kei scene of Japan.
