"Dirty Woman", the new video from Swedish industrial metal band Pain, can now be watched below.
"Dirty Woman" comes off the band's upcoming new album You Only Live Twice, which will be released on June 3rd in Europe and June 21st in North America through Nuclear Blast Records. More album details were previously reported over here.
This is my first outing with this band. I need some help here. Is this how they normally sound?
The vocals sound very comical, esp with the high rasp and given the material on show. I would have preferred a Laihiala-esque kind of vocals on this one

Musically there's usually more electronics involved and the high pitch rasp is a first for me and ive listened to most of Pain's music. I def agree and do not like the high pitch rasp idea either.
Well, Pain is definitely Peter Tägtgren's "fun band"... The "high-pitch rasp", as you put it, is not really typical for them. (Deliberately) "stupid" lyrics? More so... ;-)
Anyways, Peter tends to experiment a lot with vocals, synths and whatnots in Pain...
