Sulac - 25.05.2011 at 22:26
Fuck this shit! Oh, wait. "first leg". The second leg better be East Coast...
Void Eater - 25.05.2011 at 22:27
It's just not the same...
ScreamingSteelUS - 25.05.2011 at 22:37
Why do they always screw over the East Coast... I'm with you on this one, Sulac. I swear, if I do not get to see Judas Priest before one of us dies, I will be so incredibly pissed off I might just hurt something.

I have a very, very, VERY slim chance of being able to see them in CO on the 5th, since I'm going there to visit my grandpa.
There had better be a second leg with east coast dates otherwise.

It's just not the same...

the only really valid criticisms Priest gets regarding their live performances these days is that Rob can't do the same crystal clear screams and that they play most of their songs slower. other than that, judging from the live videos i think they actually vastly improved since the 80s, it's obvious that now each member is a complete master of his instrument and they have this classy old-school vibe they just lacked back then.

I was refering more to K.K not being there. No doubt they're all skilled instrumentalists, and Rob can still sing mid range just fine.

Maybe I'll go to this. But Thin Lizzy? No Phil = No Lizzy.
BitterCOld - 25.05.2011 at 23:37
Might go as well, depending upon pricing of tix.
Xim - 25.05.2011 at 23:41
I doubt I'll be able to see them, no locations that are really close enough for me.

Will they be adding more dates to this? I mean...4 shows in california and texas... yet hardly any seem to be more east than that. I was hoping for a Toronto show.

Lol, I can't believe no one had taken that name before you snagged it a couple months ago
Captain Obvious - 26.05.2011 at 04:19
Hopefully, by the time they announce their 2nd leg (which will probably include either Hamilton or Toronto), I'll forget about them being on American Idol last night
LeChron James - 26.05.2011 at 05:37
AW FUCK, they're playing at Oracle. That means tickets are gonna be OUT THE ASS expensive. FUCK.
Apothecary - 26.05.2011 at 15:31
If they don't come to Florida I might just have to hurt a small furry animal

Haha, neither could I I was entering names a while ago and was incredibly surprised to see this one wasn't taken.
