US power/thrash metal quintet Seven Kingdoms are back in the studio working on their as-yet-untitled third full-length album.
Two song titles, called "After The Fall" and "The Fire Is Mine (Dark Wings, Dark Words - Pt. II)", have been revealed so far. A one minute teaser can be streamed in the YouTube clip below.

| I think all the american bands that make music that's worth getting excited about can be counted on one hand. Unfortunately, these guys don't make that hand. Maybe a foot once you start counting toes. |
