Brazilian metallers Almah will release their new album Motion via AFM Records this fall (the date will be announced soon). The new material was recorded at Norcal Studios (São Paulo, Brazil) in May-June 2011 and mixed and mastered at Split Second Sound Studios (Amsterdam, Netherlands) by Jochem Jacobs (Textures) in July. The album is produced by Edu Falaschi and Felipe Andreoli.
Vocalist Edu Falaschi commented: "Almah is coming closer and closer to the moment when we release our 3rd studio album, Motion! We are excited as much as everyone who follows us over the years, and now we are happy to show you the names of our new songs! I can reveal that Motion is not a conceptual album. Every song tells its own story, but at the same time all of them have something related to movements, changes and evolution. No fantastic themes, no fairytales, no parallel meanings, no hidden stories, everything is real and direct. This time, we want to talk about the people's real life! Reality! I promise that you will get many news and surprises from Almah during the next weeks. Stay tuned, my dear friends! See ya soon!"
Motion tracklist:
01. Hypnotized
02. Living And Drifting
03. Days Of The New
04. Bullets On The Altar
05. Zombies Dictator
06. Trace Of Trait
07. Soul Alight
08. Late Night In '85
09. Daydream Lucidity
10. When And Why

| Something about these guys reminds me of Kalmah. I can't figure out what it is, though. |

That's funny, because when I see a Kalmah CD at a store or something, I'm like, "huh? They have that band here?" Upon listening I realized my mistake. -.- |

| Alma means soul in Portuguese. I'm guessing that's where the name comes from. |

|
| Also means nourishing in Latin, anywho I'm very much looking forward to this one and it's great to finally hear some news! |
