The kid in me (his name is Nicky) still chuckles at the sight of Douches as a surname.

Don't really like the remaster. It's one of my favorite Death albums in spite of the muddy production. If anything, I wish Chuck were still alive and he could re-record it.

Isn't a "live in '93" album only really relevant in '93?
And a demo version of the album?
What's the point of that?
The album is here, remastered, because someone, somewhere, thought the original just didn't sound good enough... and then they throw in the demo tracks. What the fuck am I going to do with those? Don't they sound like shit?
They should have included a 4th disc, with the original album, the way it was originally recorded.
Or just had one disc, with the original album, the way it was originally recorded.

If he were alive I'd rather he write new music.

I think musicians find time to write new music and re-record stuff all the time, don't you?

I'm just saying priority-wise I wouldn't care about him re-recording an album that was already well enough on its own.

As a new fan to death metal in general I'm glad they are rereleasing these albums as they are hard to find otherwise.
Metalex - 27.10.2011 at 20:16
CLASSIQUE can't be remasterd xD i probably buy that albulm anyway
Asunder - 28.10.2011 at 00:38
I wish they'd stop trying to make money off Chuck, I'm not so sure he would approve of all these re-releases as they are just to make someone some cash.
