The cover art makes me expect something darker and more "intimate" than the previous record. And most of all, less post-rockish, 'cause it would be too safe and unoriginal. |

I know right? It does have some sort of... I don't know, scary in a subtle way. Makes me think of Poe for some reason. |

Well it looks like the dude in the painting is holding a piece of clothing, maybe from a dress. Which could imply a lot of things. Rape, murder, or just simply abandonment. There's a lot of darkness in this image, especially with the flowers in the background. Seems to be a very "Gothic" painting. |
