| Hopefully, they will soar as high as they did on "Ironbound", showing all those revivalist copycats their place. Vektor, Warbringer and others still have alot to learn from the old classic bands. |

Implying Warbringer aren't revivalist copycats? lol
Implying they are in fact if you read correctly. I just hope they'll cut down on the lenght of the songs this time around. |

D.D Verni owns a studio? I thought that the guys in Overkill were dirt poor. |

Written by Cynic Metalhead on 24.01.2012 at 16:53 Artwork is very similar to Killbox 13 imo Just what I was thinking. It'll probably be more 7-or-8-worthy thrash that breaks no new ground, though I'd like to be proven wrong here Written by Daniell on 24.01.2012 at 15:55 Hopefully, they will soar as high as they did on "Ironbound", showing all those revivalist copycats their place. Vektor, Warbringer and others still have alot to learn from the old classic bands. I actually found releases by the bands you named to be much, much fresher than Overkill's latest. They've been decent, yes, but... |

I agree with Daniell. Some latter day albums by bands such as Overkill, Exodus, Sodom and Kreator are better than anything I've yet heard from the revivalist thrash bands.
@The artwork being similar to Killbox 13: I really can't see the resemblance between the two covers at all, other than the presence of Chaley The Skull. (Overkill's mascot) But most of their covers feature the skull, so... lol |
