At least this is solid... My hoping is that the full tracks will be much better than what's in that teaser...

Haha... i wont be wasting time with this rubbish. Haven't liked Sonata since Winterheart's Guild. The last few songs off Reckoning Night was already i guess. I know it is just a teaser, but it says a lot already.

I like it, but I'm probably the only one who actually likes new Sonata Arctica

Heard it yesterday and it does sound like the missing link between Reckoning Night and the second part of their career, with some usual weirdness thrown in. It's probably not going to top all of their albums, but I think my worst fears won't come true, so yay

Really looking forward to this, the samples sound quite ok...

Sounds good. Sounds like SA. Especially with their last two albums, samples aren't going to do songs much justice. With the obvious link to Reckoning Night, I hope we get some songs in that vein. It's probably my favorite album of theirs.

These lyrics are awful, even for SA standards. Songs sound good though, better then what I was expecting considering the song names/album art.

SA last albums rocks, I really like them! I like their "new path" and I hope Stones grows their name would sound similiar! EXCELLENT Teaser!

I mainly listen to black metal but Sonata Arctica were always sth like a secret passion

Can't remember the last time i've listened to Days of Grays and this sounds like its going down that same road!! and with titles like Sh*t Load of Money i just can't see this turning out good! how i miss the days of Jani =[

I bet I enjoy it. It definitely does sound better than Days Of Grays. But I shouldn't put so much stock in the teaser. We will see. I'll be listening.

Sounds heavier than Days of Grays. Not quite a return to Ecliptica or anything like that, but definitely a step back towards Reckoning Night. Most importantly, it sounds good.

I love the last album, but it was crying out for more widdly widdly.

Yeah, could have had more of that. The only thing I'm so far worried about are the "foreign" elements... last time it was the symphonic sounds and they worked surprisingly well, although they were close to being too OTT for Sonata. I don't have a clue what exactly are they gonna mix in this time, but I already know I won't like it

Stupid trailer....rather play 10seconds from a song and reduce the number of songs they cover, than play a second of each - absolutely impossible to get any idea of how it will be.

Also hope this time around for an actual Sonata Arctica album - not the Tim Burton / Casper the Friendly Ghost bullshit like we had last time (Apart from Flag in the Ground/Last Amazing Grays - which coincidentally sounded more like it should have been on Unia)

How could such a great band become such trash??? Reckoning night was their last good album.... I am disappointed every time they record new material... Awful, just awful...

The vocals in the first song are so weird...

So it wasn't just the single, the whole album sounds more inspired than their latest works. Looking forward to this a lot now! Come on, Sonata Arctica, please restore my faith
