US metalcore proggers Between The Buried And Me have officially begun recording their new album, which is expected to be released this year. The band is currently in producer Jamie King's The Basement Recording Studio in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, having written and rehearsed the new material.
Bassist Dan Briggs said in a recent interview: "I think when people hear what we've been writing for the last few months, they're going to realize that we have evolved. It's really hard to describe this record because I'm still taking it all in. Good lord, it was a lot of fun to write. We pushed it. We pushed it pretty hard."

Yeah, and that EP that they put out was pretty bad, IMO. |
