Under Flaming Winter Skies - Live In Tampere, the new DVD from Finnish power metallers Stratovarius is coming and the band has now released a clip with the performance of the song "Black Diamond". The DVD will include over two hours of live performance of all the hits and a brand new 30 minute documentary "Rewinding From The Past To 2012", interviews with each member as well as a special comment from Jörg Michael, and will be released on June 29th via earMUSIC on DVD/Blu-ray/2CD. The new Stratovarius studio album is coming in 2013.

20 years, same Finnish accent. Good job Mr. Kotipelto.
He's a competent lead singer allright, but this song aches for backing vocals. The guitar solo is a nice "fuck you" to Tolkki and the lighting and stage look pretty nice. I don't really listen to Strato but I'd watch this. |

I will get this, but it is a shame this song was missing the high vocal part at the very end!
I was left aching for it ...
