Yellow & Green, the third and new opus from US metallers Baroness is currently streaming in its entirety over at NPR. The double album produced by John Congleton will only be released on July 17th via Relapse Records but you have the chance to listen to the 18 tracks now. I sadly don't like the new direction the band is going in I mean it's not always that bad, but it's weak and boring at best imo. Seriously, it sounds like Muse sometimes. |

| First listen left me cold. I want to like this but couldn't help myself from tuning out of it altogether at times. The thought that crept up the most in my mind was definitely "would I still be soldiering on if this were a release by a band I didn't know?" |
