23:30 - Zaphod For example, I recently bought Nevermore's debut because it was only 5€.
23:30 - Erik M. Zaphod, yeah comparing prices is exactly what I do as well. And therefore I can conclude bol.com to be way too expensive most of the time. Granted, sometimes they have some very nice deals... sometimes. :P
23:29 - Zaphod Usually when I buy a CD now (which has been a while since I'm trying to save some money for a while) I only buy it because it was on sale/really cheap/etc. to begin with.
23:27 - Zaphod Well, I don't really use a lot of webshops anymore. And when I do it's for something specific (a specific book/album) and I compare prices from lots of shops, so I can't really comment on Bol.
23:25 - Erik M. What do you think of bol.com, Zaphod? I complain about their ridiculous prices every now and then. The most annoying thing is that they're acting like they're cheap, but it's quite the opposite, generally.
23:22 - Zaphod Erik, bit late, but yeah those webshops are popular in Belgium too.
Eyehategod have announced the release of a new 7" single titled New Orleans Is The New Vietnam this summer via A389 Recordings. The American sludge metallers have been slowly putting together new demo material towards an upcoming album.
Guitarist/founder Jimmy Bower explains: "We played A389's Anniversary party a while back and they do really cool releases, so we figured let's do a cool 7" before the new album."
A389's Domenic Romeo continues: "It's been amazing watching this band refuse to release anything sub-par, and just take their time with their new material making sure everything is dialed in just right. This new single is a great indication of what's to come."
