Prog lovers rejoice. The title of Riverside's new studio album and fifth to date has been revealed. It will be Shrine Of New Generation Slaves and the band will continue their work on it for the next two months in the Serakos studio in Warsaw. Shrine Of New Generation Slaves will have 50 minutes of music, divided into eight completely new pieces.
Bassist/vocalist Mariusz Duda explained: "In 2012 we've been focusing on the work on the new album, and trying to prove, mostly to ourselves, that we can still surprise with something, and what's most important - create an album that would become our showpiece, music-wise and lyrics-wise. The title might sound a bit intricate, but the acronym will definitely explain what we did with our music this time."
The band plans to release the album at the end of January 2013, but we can expect the album's first single and video before that, somewhere around November. The album will be released through Century Media/Inside Out and Mystic Production.
[Thanks to Milena for the tip!]

| Don't know what to make of the album title, other than the acronym SONGS, but this is so exciting. I'm counting the days till we hear new music. |

I think that's safe to say lol |

| Perhaps it just means it's more song oriented.. whatever that means in the case of Riverside. |
