There was a pre-production song released a while ago and it sounded excellent. Very much black metal. The news item is probably on their profile page. Hopefully it'll turn out like that.

Interesting and quite tasty, the thing that made Epoch kind of a disappointment is not that it's not a good album, it''s just that it pales in comparison with the mighty The Malediction Feilds. |

I sometimes wonder if it was TOO good as I felt most similar styled albums and bands after it didn't quite live up to its excellence. Epoch was definitely a step too far into post territory though. |

I do believe that it stands atop the Post BM pyramid and I'm trying to name another album from the same genre but I honestly can't 
Epoch was indeed deep seated in the Post territory, everything about it including the production was post-ier than TMF and also missing the soul that TMF had. |
