Legendary hard rock/heavy metal pioneers Deep Purple released a teaser, which can now be seen below, for the band's upcoming album due to be out in stores in April via earMUSIC. The album release dates were also revealed. More information about the album can be found here although the album title is still under wraps.
Release dates:
Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Spain: April 26th
UK, France, Benelux, Poland, Czech Republic, Norway, Denmark: April 29th
North America, Italy: April 30th
Sweden: May 1st
You can expect new details to be revealed soon on a dedicated website where all band members will also be able to post and interact with the fans: http://www.deeppurple2013.com.

| So..... did they record this with Jon Lord? If not whose playing the organ this time around? Doesn't seem right for a Deep Purple album to not have him on it. |

Doesn't look like it. They put the names of the current band members on top of the posted website, and I don't see Jon Lord anywhere. I assume that is also the list of people who worked on the album. Deep down, I hope Jon was included in here at least somewhere. For now, we can only hope. |

I think Don Airey played keys on Rapture of the Deep and already on most of Bananas.

| Jon Lord left Purple in 2002. Don Airey has been their keyboardist since. |
