Kvelertak - Releasing New Single
The Norwegian band Kvelertak, acclaimed for their blend of black metal and hardcore punk on their eponymous debut album, have just announced the release of the first single for their upcoming album Meir. The single "Bruane Brenn" is available on iTunes since yesterday in all of Scandinavia, and it will come out on January 28th in the rest of the world. You can see the single artwork, created by Seldon Hunt, below. The album itself is scheduled to be released in March this year.
The band recently performed the new song "Spring Fra Livet" live on the show Lydverket and you can also check it out below.

That single cover is excellent and I enjoyed the first album but maaaan I'm pretty sceptical that they can get away with making a second album. Hope it's good though!

Their debut album was so freaking good that anything they do in this album that is remotly distinct from their first CD is going to be a big disapointment for me.
