| That went well for hipster Randy. Now I wonder if the family of the deceased guy was actually hoping he would be arrested or if they could get their heads around the situation. |
| And not one person noticed him in the picture. This means it's time for a new kickass album followed by a NORTH AMericaN tour, preferably in Canada. Well just not in Czech Republic. |

I wouldn't call that a typical hipster look at all. The rim of the glasses is too small, the hat isn't hipster enough. DOn't see skinny jeans or bodyclinging T-shirt. Plus the music he makes is totally un-hipster |

I actually said it because of the whole photograph, which isn't even his fault. Don't take it too seriously |

I thought that was quite classy of him. Even the most stubborn atheist should know that there is a time and place for everything. Just a matter of respect. |

I think this is great news and serves everybody involved a lesson, that you have to be careful during concerts and more importantly, that you have to face your actions and take responsibility for them, even if they were foolish and you could be severely punished for them.
Randy could have easily just stayed in the USA and simply evade the prosecution in the Czech Republic by simply not going there, the US government said they have no intention of extraditing, but he came of his own accord. |

| The trial will continue, the prosecution appealed against the decission |

Good for him. Glad to see the system works.
The Czech Republic system, at least. |

Even though I'm not the biggest fan of Lamb of God's work, that's actually good to hear! |
| Awesome! Great for him! I'm not too great of a Lamb of God fan, but I am happy to hear he is free and looking forward to maybe seeing them at Mayhem Fest! |
| Good for Randy! Now he and LOG can go back to making mediocre records again. |
| If it was me I wouldve just paid my bail then said "Fuck the czech republic" and never return. |
Good news. |
| The fact there is an intention to appeal means Randy isn't completely out of the woods yet. However, he's definitely at the edge of them. |

| Something something something something something something sunglasses this case has been laid to rest |

Does in Cz exist doble jeopardy like it has in USA?
PS if you ansver quote me, way to many comments to read |

| Still bullshit that the states didn't back him up on anything. If it was a cunt popstar they'd get right on top of that shit. Still glad this bullshit is past him. |
I'm very glad for him. Now "just go home" and enjoy it.
RIP Daniel Nosek. |
He's not a prisoner, he is a free man!
Not much of a LoG fan, but I'm glad to hear this news. I still feel bad for the family of the victim though. |
Yaay now he can return to his mediocre band and continue to play shit |

this aint double jeopardy...the case still havent been legally closed - the court made a decision, but if prosecution or defense (or both) doesn't like the decision, they may appeal and higher level court judges the case - they may either confirm the verdict, return the case back to lower court and order the trial to start again from scratch, or even change the decision if they found severe mistakes in line of reasoning or some procedural mistakes...then you cant normally appeal against this decision (although there are some special ways to defend), so this is finally where the trial ends and where we can say "Randy is not guilty and free"...it will take couple of months though |
| Do you really think he is going to travel back there for the prosecution's appeal? The only ones getting any money out of this prolonged straw-grasping are the lawyers. |

i dont think it will be necessary for Randy to be physically present, but its mainly up to him i guess...also dont forget that the attorney is here to get suspect in jail (same as defense is here to get anyone out no matter what), so no wonder he appealed...but i think the lawyer of the family didnt, so it is probable the higher court will just confirm the verdict...but we have to wait still |

Why do you feel the need to say that. A man died and an innocent man nearly went to prison. Metal geads are our family. It doesn't matter where they are from ir what band they are in. Wheres your compassion man? |
