Guitarist Niclas Engelin of Swedish metallers In Flames will sit out a few of the band's shows this summer. His temporary replacement for those gigs will be Patrik Jensen from The Haunted. The band will play a series of festivals this summer.

The band's upcoming series of comic books entitled The Jester's Curse shall see the official release of the first book Lunar Strain: Part 1 on August 21st. The pre-orders will start on July 18th at http://www.jesterscurse.com. Conceived and Illustrated by Blake Armstrong and co-written by Scott Bramble, the series will chronicle the back-story of the band's enigmatic mascot: The Jesterhead.
