Spirit Caravan - Reunite To Headline 2014 Desertfest
Spirit Caravan is an American stoner/doom metal band from the late 90s formed by guitarist/vocalist Scott "Wino" Weinrich, bassist Dave Sherman and drummer Gary Isom. The group has now reunited and will be among the headliners for Desertfest both in Berlin and London in 2014. This will be their first live appearance in over a decade.
Their first full-length album Jug Fulla Sun was released in 1999, a second EP entitled Dreamwheel later the same year, and after an extensive U.S. and European tour, their second effort, Elusive Truth in 2001. The band received a lot of praise from the doom/stoner community but Spirit Caravan split-up in May 2002. Now it's time for Spirit Caravan to be reborn.
The Desertfest Berlin and Desertfest London will be taking place on the 24th, 25th and 26th April, 2014.
