01:28 - saveusrandy Talking about Twin Peaks & Opeth, imagine a cover album of Julee Cruise songs by them.
01:27 - Netzach Indeed. Sadly a couple actors passed away (BOB, Log Lady and Pete afaik). Also, Lynch's style has changed quite a bit since the early 90's so anything is possible. Good to see a couple other Lynch fans around here anyway.
01:26 - saveusrandy Whats wrong with Sabaton? Their songwriting is excellent. Not as good as Steven Wilson or Lordi, but close.
01:23 - !J.O.O.E.! Has a lot to live up to. Might try and avoid it until it's out to avoid hyping myself up.
01:20 - Netzach They are shooting it atm and release scheduled for '17. Got delayed first due to budgetary reasons and then because they decided to film twice as much material.
01:18 - !J.O.O.E.! Leeel. And yeah, not sure what's even happening with the 3rd season of Twin Peaks. It was stopped and then restarted wasn't it?
Italian metallers Ancient Bards just premiered the video for the track "In My Arms", the first single off their upcoming album A New Dawn Ending, due to be released on April 25th in Europe and Japan and on June 10th in North America via Limb Music. The video was directed by Matteo Ermeti. Enjoy it here!
The band described the song "as the dejected and resigned inner cry of Queen Shena, as her aching eyes with which she saw her son Surod (Dorus) pass away 16 years ago are tormented once again as she must now bear witness to the anguishing duel between Daltor and Sendor."
I agree with everyone else so far. It's a pretty good song, but it's not a good first single for a power metal album. Needs to be one of the high energy, fast ones with a big chorus you get stuck in your head for weeks.
