What a power metal tracklist
BloodTears - 02.05.2014 at 20:32
As for the bonus track "Tears Of Blood"... I think they mean "BloodTears"
Joodicator - 02.05.2014 at 20:55
I have to say, based on what we know so far, if it weren't for the Priest logo and Halford singing I could have confused this with a dime-a-dozen underground Hispanic power metal band.

Mr. Halford, Matt Pike would like a word with you...

That's obviously a tribute

DID THEY JUST USE THE SONG TITLE "Dragonaut"?! I fucking hope that's a cover of the legendary song by Sleep because not even the metal gods Judas Priest can make another song by that name!

I know right? Although Al Cisneros wrote the lyrics. I can't believe they'd just use that name. They've got to be aware of that song title, right?

I'd be extremely surprised if they didn't, although I am curious as to what the lyrics for that one will be, just for comparison between the two.

I would think that as a huge metal band, Judas Priest would be more careful, but the lyrics could never beat, "Ride the dragon towards the crimson eye."
Dude, I just texted my friend the news and he replied back. "They're BREAKING THE LAW! BREAKING THE LAW!"

Did kk have any part in this album?? oh and btw why is judas priest still listed as thrash metal from their genre 1997-2003? someone should have changed that long ago, they were never even thrash
Ritual_Suicide - 03.05.2014 at 03:16
Thank god those last 5 tracks are bonus tracks. Metal albums with tracks in the upper teens tend to suck.

Have you ever heard Jugulator? That album is full of thrash. Yeah its not 100% pure thrash but thrash is a significant part of its sound.

yes, quite a few times but to say that its full of thrash, is a bit of an exaggeration, it has alot of other metal elements not jus thrash
