Rhapsody Of Fire - Working On New Album

Rhapsody Of Fire aren't wasting any time and are already working on the follow-up to Dark Wings Of Steel (2013). The power metal titans revealed today that some new material for the next studio album has been written and more songs will be written in the next few months. The band will enter the studio in March of 2015.

Keyboardist Alex Staropoli says: "I am actually working with Roby De Micheli, we have fantastic guitar riffs and many fast songs. Fabio Lione already recorded the demo vocals for one of the most epic songs I have ever written and it sounds amazing! A new epic film score metal album is going to be created and we are living with great excitement this creative process!"

This better be the best freakin album in their career I mean it better be really good! Their sound should come back to the days of "Symphony of Enchanted Lands"

There's quite a disconnect between the excitement of the statement and that picture.

Indeed, the guy seems fucking expressionless. No emotions can be read on his face.

Alex Staropoli, the most depressed looking man on earth.

He looks almost EXACTLY the same in every studio and promo picture.

This guy looks unreal.... Hopefully its something worthwhile unlike the last album, but his emphasis on having kickass guitar parts is promising since the lack of guitar is what killed the last release.

Definitely! Or Dawn Of Victory, that's their second best one imo.
