I like Stone Sour more. They don't wear those stupid masks and the music is the same.

Well, then you haven't clearly listen to Stone Sour.

Although Sour toss up in same league with Slipknot which is just unfair. Corey shared in same bands doesn't mean Stone Sour= Slipknot. 'Knot's music is much more aggressive, style is way different and music approach is way more enhanced.

Other way around. Its more like I haven't listened to Slipknot properly. I own and listen to almost every Stone Sour record. I don't listen to Slipknot, but of the songs that I hear on the Radio and in the videos... they've all been songs that sound like they could be listed as Stone Sour and I wouldn't know the difference. There are plenty of aggressive Stone Sour tracks also: Reborn, 30/30-150 and RU486 to name a few. This particular song, The Devil in I, sounds very reminiscent to "Gravesend" off the newest Stone Sour record. I'm sure there are plenty of tracks that Slipknot releases which aren't singles that are way different from Stone Sour, but I haven't heard them.

One way traffic to judge.

In either way, no classification we've arrived on that states Stone Sour could be dragged into Slipknot's stature. In my case, I own both the bands CDs and it seems Stone Sour is soft and less heavier than Knot.

Irrespective of my opinion, practically Slipknot is much more aggressive than Stone Sour.
