Septicflesh - Release Video For 'Prometheus'

Currently sharing a European tour with Portuguese metallers Moonspell, the Greeks Septicflesh have just released a new video today. You can watch here their gruesome new music video for "Prometheus", a track taken from their latest record Titan (2014). The storyline revolves around the theme of transformation and crossing the thin line between predator and prey. Curiously enough, this is only the symphonic metallers second video clip since their formation (the first being "The Eldest Cosmonaut" from the A Fallen Temple album).

"Prometheus" was directed by Jon Simvonis.

Found this German link, you can probably watch it here.

GEMA seems ridiculous to me though, German fans have to wait for a special link to watch band's videos. Is the goal protecting authors' rights? They probably make people search for piracy even more.

I've watched it by the power of VPNs. But thank you for that!
Watching this, unfortunately, was not worth the trouble.

GEMA is doing what they believe is best. Yes they are supporting a system where commercially successful artists see more money than others and that is unfair in several other aspects. But the real problem in Germany is that there is only one instance like that. The moment there is a second one, artists can choose by whom they'd like to be represented. As it is now there is an implicit assumption that everyone is GEMA and not even artists explicitly trying not to be represented (e.g. because they want to publish their stuff freely on YouTube) have no way to be exempt.
And while YouTube and GEMA both insist on their respective monetarization model, they will never agree on a contract. It's just fingers pointed at each other, law suits, and unsatisfied artists and customers. But I have yet to determine the system behind their blocks. Sometimes you can find album playlists of 10+ tracks out of which only three are blocked. Some artists get blocked completely, others are freely available for years and then suddenly that stops. There doesn't seem to be a pattern. It's just damn inconvenient. Most of us just use proxies these days.
