U.S. technical death metal practitioners Arkaik are releasing a new album this year called Lucid Dawn, the fourth record of their career. Before the album is released worldwide on October 30th on Unique Leader Records, you can hear a new song. Lucid Dawn is the second installment in a series of concept albums revolving around Cyrix, a disillusioned character in a dystopian society. Enjoy below the lyric video for "Awaken The I".







The ten-track album was engineered, mixed and mastered by Zack Ohren ( Suffocation, Fallujah, WRVTH, All Shall Perish) at Sharkbite Studios in Oakland, California. As an added bonus, the album features guest appearances from Trevor Strnad and Ryan Knight of The Black Dahlia Murder, as well as Bay Area live string quartet, Amaranth in addition to the art renderings of Tyler Space.

Prior to the release of Lucid Dawn, Arkaik will embark upon a near month-long headlining tour from October 16th through November 8th. The Lucid Revolution Tour will terrorize twenty four cities in eleven states with support from Bermuda and Enfold Darkness.
