Tony Kakko - Releases New Christmas Music Video

Christmas is drawing near, and the Sonata Arctica frontman, Tony Kakko, has been busy with the annually-assembled Finnish supergroup Raskasta Joula ('Heavy Christmas'), to whom he is an active contributor since 2006, on recreating the famous Christmas carol "Pieni Rumpali" ("Little Drummer Boy"). The supergroup is known to be a gathering of Finnish metal vocalists like Tony, Nightwish's Marco Hietala, ex-Celesty's Antti Railio, ex-Charon's Juha-Pekka Leppäluoto, ex-Kiuas's Ilja Jalkanen and many more. This new video also, pleasantly enough, introduces a new kind of Finnish metal star: Apocalyptica's Eicca Toppinen, playing the cello. Enjoy the peaceful tune below.
