Whispered - Drop Details About New Album
Finnish samurai metallers Whispered have dropped some details regarding their upcoming album. The new and third album will be named Metsutan - Songs Of The Void and is due to be released on the 20th of May. According to the band, the album will be very melodic, atmospheric and a diverse release.
The main composer and frontman Jouni Valjakka has this to say about the album: "Metsutan - Songs Of The Void is a gathering of mythology, void of the mind and death. We'd say that this is the most heavy and still most serene Whispered album yet. You'll be hearing a lot of melodies, Japanese influences, kick-ass riffs and some new spices!"

Hopefully a little less of the generic symphonics we saw on the last album and more focus on their unique sound, but either way should be something to look out for.
